David serves as coverage and claims monitoring counsel for primary and excess insurers in complex cases involving directors and officers liability insurance, professional liability insurance and lawyers professional liability insurance.  Before joining Bailey Cavalieri, David was a litigation associate at Ulmer & Berne LLP and Arter & Hadden LLP practicing in the areas of insurance defense, professional liability defense and products liability defense.  David received his law degree from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University.  David graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, a Certificate of Study in Middle East Studies and a Minor in Philosophy.  David is a Trustee of the Central Community House and a member of the United Way of Central Ohio's Young Leadership Group.
