Michelle practices in the areas of corporate and business, employment, estates, trusts, and probate. She has drafted numerous loan and estate planning documents and has assisted in several employment matters including civil rights litigation in both state and federal court. She received her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of The Ohio State Law Journal and graduated in the top ten percent of her class.
