Rick practices in the area of business litigation.  He has represented clients in commercial, insurance coverage, product liability and real estate appropriation cases.  He has also represented clients in toxic tort litigation including silica, coal tar volatiles, welding rods, silicone breast implants and in petroleum underground storage tank cases.  He has also served as National Coordinating Counsel/trial counsel for asbestos litigation for an engineering company world renowned in the design and construction of refineries and was involved in the management and coordination of asbestos litigation for Combustion Engineering, Inc., and Basic, Inc. in various courts throughout the United States.
