Lead defense counsel in a wrongful death case that resulted in a defense verdict following a two week jury trial.

Co-defense counsel in a multi-million dollar case arising from the sale of a business that resulted in a defense judgment following a two week bench trial in federal court.

Lead counsel in a healthcare arbitration that resulted in a favorable award exceeding $25,000,000.

Lead counsel in a contract dispute that resulted in a favorable award exceeding $700,000.

Lead counsel in reversing a $750,000 jury verdict on appeal and then defending that decision in the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Served as special prosecutor in a five-month criminal trial involving conspiracy, corrupt activities, theft and securities charges. 

Managed numerous civil litigation cases involving contract disputes, product liability, personal injuries and sexual harassment. 

Served as lead counsel in numerous bench trials, arbitrations, preliminary injunction hearings and mediations.

Participated in several complex litigation matters involving class action toxic torts and large scale commercial disputes.
