Fee arrangements are subject to discussion. Normally, we recommend a phased approach where we would charge a fixed fee for a first phase to review the areas of interest, review pertinent documents, and discuss the issues in a visit with your management. After the first phase and visit, we will provide a written report assessing your situation and providing recommendations. If you chose to proceed, we would discuss our fees for subsequent phases which would depend upon the scope of the opportunities and nature of the work required. We will schedule meetings with you promptly and at your convenience.
