While Bailey Cavalieri LLC, located in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, is a relatively new firm, we have the experience often associated with that of long-standing national firms. Named for two of our principal attorneys, Dan Bailey and Nick Cavalieri the law office of Bailey Cavalieri, LLC has worked to maintain a national and international practice in corporate and business law.

Attorney Dan Bailey leads a practice group focused on national corporate governance issues, including directors and officers' liability. Our other principal attorney, Nick Cavalieri, is a former Columbus Bar Association president and leads a practice group focused on business bankruptcy matters and commercial transactions.

Many of our attorneys have been recognized by various publications as among the best and the brightest and are regular lecturers and authors on a variety of topics. We serve small businesses and Fortune 500 companies locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
